Serve Pedras in a

PERFECT WAY

Preferably, the glass should be of medium size, the top being of smaller diameter than the base, in order not to disperse the gas but allowing the required volume of water to flow. It should be light and thin in order to ease the passage of liquid and to assist in perceiving flavour.

1
Cut the well washed lemon peel, preferably with a peeler, so as not to reach the white part of the lemon
2
Release the oil by lightly twisting the peel
3
Run the inside of the peel around the edge of the entire glass
4
Place the peel in the glass
5
Gently press, in the palm of your hand, 3 to 4 mint leaves, to release their natural aroma and place these into the glass
6
Slowly pour a cool Água das Pedras into the glass

The ideal temperature of Pedras is 10º C as this allows you to fully enjoy its subtle flavour, its natural carbonated texture and feel its refreshing power. The water should remain at this temperature using to a frappe.

Did you know that using lemon peel alone will improve the water taste (it is where its aroma is concentrated), allowing you to keep the lemon for other uses.
